Kogi State electricity market kick-off

The Kogi State Electricity Regulatory Commission (KERC) organized a stakeholder engagement meeting in preparation for the Kogi State Electricity Market Kick-off. The event brought together key stakeholders, including Kogi Electricity Distribution Limited (KEDL), policymakers in Kogi State, the Commissioners for Energy, Health, Education, and Information, as well as the Chief Economic Adviser to the Governor.

Also in attendance were representatives from the State Commissioner of Police, the Department of State Services (DSS), and the Maigeri of Lokoja. This town hall meeting was part of KERC’s efforts to promote transparent governance and attract investments in the Kogi electricity market.
